When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:"

● USA: 3 to 4 business days.

● Europe: between 6 to 8 business days.

● Australia: 2 to 14 business days

● Japan: 4 to 8 business days

International: 10 to 20 business days ● International: 10 to 20 business days


Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs charges and taxes may apply on international orders. This fee is not under our control and is applied by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for each country, so check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I don't have it yet, what do I need to do? Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for delivery address errors.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package for them.

If the shipping address was correct and the package was not left at the post office or your neighbor's house, please contact us at contact@z3imports.com with your order number.

 

Ordering

How do I track my order?

If you have any questions about your tracking or shipping, please email us at contact@z3imports.com.

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at contact@z3imports.com within one week with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there are any problems with your order, please inform us by contacting us at contact@z3imports.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact us at contact@z3imports.com with photos of incorrect/damaged items and we will fix it for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size will fit you best, please refer to our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered is mislabeled. If that is the case, let us know at contact@z3imports.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and pictures of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new one or issue you a refund.
